Space systems are critical infrastructure. Satellites, ground stations, and mission networks are increasingly targeted, and the professionals responsible for securing them are operating without standardized credentials, shared frameworks, or a connected community built specifically for this domain.
D2 Team CORP was founded in 2020 to close that gap.
We are a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit advancing micro-credentialing, education, and workforce development across space cybersecurity, operations, and mission resilience, built by practitioners, for practitioners.
Our founder, William O. Ferguson, is a recognized voice in the global space community: conference speaker, technical editor and subgroup lead for the IEEE Space Systems Cybersecurity Working Group, and co-chair of the Space ISAC Space Systems Software Bill of Materials working group. D2 Team CORP reflects the same standards-body rigor and operational focus William brings to those roles, translated into workforce programs that prepare professionals and organizations to meet real-world challenges across secure space systems and cyber-informed operations.
Our work bridges the distance between strategic ambition and practical capability. If you are a CISO, security engineer, mission operator, or researcher working at the intersection of space and cyber, this community was built for you.
For more details, contact William O. Ferguson.
We also drive U.S.-based hackathons focused on cyber operations and resilience in the space domain, and advance transatlantic cooperation through the Ostrom Workshop at Indiana University, a leading center for governance and institutional analysis. Via Indiana University's Berlin Gateway, the Ostrom Workshop bridges U.S. and European efforts to align standards, develop the workforce, and strengthen security in practice.
Engaging Space CIOs, CISOs, senior decision-makers, and commercial sponsors, we work to build a more secure and resilient space ecosystem, delivering hackathons, micro-credential training, and resilience engineering workshops that develop talent, strengthen operational capability, and drive lasting impact across the sector. We operate on micro-grants to fund non-profit workforce development and tooling engagements. For more details, contact William O. Ferguson.

Learn ethical hacking across five weekends with the revolutionary CEH AI, a groundbreaking innovation for aspiring ethical hackers. With 20 cutting-edge modules, you will acquire the core skills you need to master the cybersecurity landscape. CEH AI does not just keep pace, it leads the way, evolving with the latest operating systems, exploits, tools, and hacking techniques to keep you ahead of the curve.
CEH AI v13 features additional AI capabilities and is divided into 20 learning modules covering over 550 attack techniques. You will learn the latest realistic, commercial hacking tools, techniques, and methods used by hackers and information security professionals to legally compromise businesses. This will enable you to protect your organization from a wide range of vulnerabilities in web applications and threats, including:
At the end of this course, you will take the CEH exam and receive certification. As an EC Council accredited training partner, you will have access to official EC Council course materials and exams. Our Lecture | Lab | Review methodology allows you to learn twice as fast as in traditional training, in a distraction free environment.
Your course instructor is a former Cyberspace Operations Officer with a distinguished background in offensive and defensive security operations. They have held the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification in good standing since 2007, placing them among the earliest practitioners of the credential, and bring nearly two decades of hands-on experience in the ethical hacking field. In addition to the CEH, your instructor holds certifications across multiple offensive security programmes, giving you access to practical, real-world insight that goes well beyond the syllabus.
The one-to-one mentoring sessions are conducted directly with your instructor, meaning the guidance you receive is grounded in genuine operational experience rather than purely academic knowledge.
This course is delivered across five consecutive weekends, with sessions running every Saturday and Sunday from 09:30 to 13:30 EST (15:30 to 19:30 CET). Each weekend provides 8 hours of structured instruction, giving you a total of 40 hours of formal learning, spread across a schedule that works around your professional and personal commitments.
Between weekend sessions, each participant has access to a 30-minute one-to-one mentoring session, available Monday to Friday. These sessions give you the opportunity to consolidate what you have covered, work through any challenges, and receive personalised guidance tailored to your progress. Together, the weekend cohort sessions and midweek mentoring create a blended learning experience that supports both structured instruction and individual development throughout the programme.
Please note that before participating in the CEH AI course, you will need to sign an agreement in which you commit to not using your ethical hacking skills for illegal or malicious attacks.
